Description

Income-based housing rental programs which include:

Public housing.

Kearney Manor houses persons age 62+, age requirement waived for persons with disabilities. Support services available, such as congregate meals and social activities.

Scattered site housing, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes.

Housing Choice Voucher program provides rental assistance with local landlords.

Plaza Boulevard USDA apartment complex, offering 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Autumn Village houses seniors age 62+ and are non-smokers. Mail and laundry inside complex.

Manages Gibbon, Minden and Axtell Housing Authorities.
