Open to families that meet all the qualifications, one or more parent or legal guardian must be ages 18 and older, children must be ages 18 and younger, all individuals must be a Vermillion County resident, family household size must be 6 people in total or less, head of household must be biologically or legally related to the child(ren), head of household must be actively working towards finding a more stable housing option
