Volunteers give information to help older Iowans understand Medicare benefits and rights, assess needs to make choices about health insurance, compare Medicare supplement and long-term care insurance policies, organize medical bills and Medicare statements and file claims, and find assistance from other agencies including Medicaid when appropriate.
