EDUCATION AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT CLASSES | ETHNIC MINORITIES OF BURMA ADVOCACY AND RESOURCE CENTER (EMBARC)

Provides both English as a Second Language classes and Citizenship classes. Co-teachers are from the refugee communities served to better understand the students' culture and the barriers that students face while accessing community resources. The program also provides weekly conversation hours and other community-based support.

Also provides citizenship focused classes for eligible students from Burma.
