Coordinated Entry is the front door to homeless services. It is the first point of contact individuals need to contact who are in need of shelter services. It will guide anyone experiencing homelessness to the correct supports and housing program to end their homelessness permanently.

Eligibility

Open to homeless individuals and families, must be living in a shelter, the street, car, tent, or a place not meant for habitation, cannot assist anyone who is doubled up at another person's residence
