Applicants must be low-income homeless single men with a budget that affords payment of monthly rent and who is a US citizen or a legal immigrant and not a full-time student; contact for definitions and income limits
Fee
$280 per month, inclusive; Housing assistance vouchers accepted; Rent is not adjusted by applicants income; Deposit (equal to one month rent) and first month's rent paid at move-in
