Strategies to Embrace Living with Lupus Fearlessly (SELF) is a free online self-management program designed to help people with lupus live their best life. SELF is tailored to support people with lupus in managing symptoms, stress, medications, and working with their healthcare team.

National Resource Center on Lupus offers a collection of up-to-date resources and information on lupus. The Resource Center educates, empowers, and connects people to lupus resources, programs, and support services.

Health Education Specialists are available to answer questions and provide caring support to people with lupus. Health education specialists are specially trained to provide people affected by lupus with non-medical counseling, disease education, information, and helpful resources. Bilingual (Spanish) health educators are also available.

The Expert Series is an educational podcast that features empowering conversations with leading lupus experts that focus on helping people live well with lupus.

LupusConnect is an online community where people affected by lupus can engage with others to share experiences, find emotional support and discuss practical ways to live and cope with the disease.

Take Charge is a weekly education email series designed to give people with lupus, including those recently diagnosed, tips and resources that can help them better manage their lupus and its everyday challenges.

Lupus and You: Answers. Advocacy. Action. is a free educational series where people with lupus, their family, and friends have the opportunity to learn about the latest in lupus research and helpful resources for managing the disease and hear about ways to engage in advocacy and awareness efforts.

Local Support and Programs - There are opportunities to engage locally and participate in education events and support groups dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by lupus. On-the-ground experts can help find resources, and support groups, and offer ways to get involved in the fight to end lupus.
