Regional Health Services of Howard County offers intensive outpatient group counseling program for individuals over the age of 65. Participants meet three times per week on the Regional Health Services of Howard County campus in Cresco. Senior Life Solutions assists older adults in developing life skills that help them cope with the challenges of aging. Program staff include a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed social workers, a registered nurse, and other professionals.

Call for information; referrals may be made by anyone, including a patient's physician, family member, or other health care professional, or an individual may inquire on their own; program can only take so many seniors at one time; each participant must complete an individual assessment prior to attending group
