Community Support Program (CSP) | Northwestern Medicine Behavioral Health Services - Greater DeKalb County

Offers a variety of services to patients who have been diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness or co-occurring psychiatric disabilities. Provides intensive levels of care and long term case management for at risk and vulnerable populations who have either limited or no supportive assistance. Sessions occur in face-to-face individual and group formats both on-site and in community settings.
