Income verification for the 30 days preceding the application date, or for the past 12 months/current tax return proceeding the application date for everyone in the household that is 18 and older social security cards for everyone in the household most current heat and electric bill if heat is included in rent, a statement from the landlord or a copy of the lease showing this is included.

Offers to assist home owners or renters who have a disconnect notice or have missed a payment on a pay arrangement. Can also assist homeowners who have a back bill. If funds are available, households may receive emergency assistance with furnace repair/replacement (if a homeowner) and/or emergency delivery of deliverable fuel.
Clients need to have been LIHEAP approved during our program year (October 1 through April 30) or they can complete a crisis application.
