RESPITE CARE SERVICES | FAYETTE AND CLAYTON COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
People requiring services are asked to call and inquire about the status of the services required. Respite care provides placement and funding for individuals caring for dependent persons. The location for respite care can vary; it may be provided in client's home, in respite vendor's home, or sometimes in a community facility. Respite vendors are thoroughly screened; once approved, they are placed on a list of respire care vendors; matches are then made between those needing help and the vendors on the list.
