CENTRAL ILLINOIS PUBLIC TRANSIT | C.E.F.S. ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY CORPORATION
Provides transportation to residents of Christian, Clay, Effingham, Fayette, Montgomery, Moultrie, and Shelby Counties. Riders are encouraged to schedule trips at least one working day in advance (same day service is available if space permits) and need to be ready for pick-up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations must be made at least two hours prior to pick-up time.
Service is unavailable on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Service is limited on MLK Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day and the day after Thanksgiving.

Call for services, individuals looking for reduced fare prices will need to fill out and submit a Reduced Fare identification Card application
Fee
In county fees - $3 per one-way trip, $6 per round trip, children ages 0-5 ride free with paying adult, children 6-12 are $2 per one-way trip, $4 per round trip, seniors ride for a suggested donation (Need to apply for a Reduced Fare ID Card); Out of county trips $1 per mile as availability allows; Medicaid and Modivcare, and MTM payments for medical trips are accepted; Monthly Pass $35, Monthly Pass for person with a disability is $15 (Need to apply for a Reduced Fare ID Card)?;
