RIDE IN KANE | SAINT CHARLES TOWNSHIP
Provides transportation to residents of Unincorporated Saint Charles Township, who are disabled or over the age of 65. The riders may ride within Kane County for 3 round trip rides per week or 6 one ways. The purpose of these rides may be for medical, dental, therapy or chiropractic appointments, a job, to the Elderday Center or to School.

Application process
Call to register for services, once registered, to schedule rides, contact the Ride In Kane Call Center, rides should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, same day reservations are not guaranteed, trips can be reserved up to 7 days in advance, to cancel a ride, call at least 2 hour before the scheduled ride
Fee
$5 each way for the first 10 miles, for every mile past 10 miles, a $1.50 charge will be applied, St. Charles Township will fund the balance, average cost of a one way ride is approximately $15
