CLERK OF COURT | WINNESHIEK COUNTY CLERK OF DISTRICT COURT
The Clerk of Court is the custodian of all court records in law, equity, probate, criminal, juvenile, adoptions, small claims, and traffic. In conjunction to other county offices, the Clerk of Court also draws grand jurors, petit jurors, and talismen.
