A specialized residential treatment program for delinquent adolescents in response to serious anti-social behavior. Referred youth may be victims of abuse, neglect, exploitation, violence, emotionally disturbed, behavioral disorder, runaways, homeless, alleged delinquents who do not require a secure setting or any youth in similar crisis situations that may place them at risk.
