Must be totally or partially unemployed, must have worked and earned a minimum amount in jobs covered by UI in the last 15–18 months, reason for job separation must be through no fault of your own, must be able and available to work, must be actively seeking work (though this may be waived if certain conditions apply), must register on IowaWORKS (unless exempt from work search)
