Income guidelines (185% poverty level), pregnant or post-partum (up to 1 year if breastfeeding), children up to age 5; Must be considered a nutritional risk; Automatically income eligible if participating in Medicaid, SNAP or ADC if not, you may still qualify; All foster children under 5 and pregnant teen moms in foster care are income eligible for WIC
