English as a Second Language classes offered throughout the Black Hawk College District.  Major sites include: the Black Hawk College Outreach Center, East Moline; Adult Learning Center, Rock Island; Black Hawk College Community Center, Kewanee; plus several other locations at public schools, churches, and community service agencies.
