-Must be 55 years of age or older and diagnosed with a terminal illness that can be confirmed by a physician; -Must be a legal resident of the United States, must obtain approval from primary care physician to participate in their dream; -Must be unable to financially fulfill their dream on their own; and -Must be able to experience the dream themselves
