Application process
Call the office, complete application, attend potential homeowner seminar. Need 2 references, job history, W-2's, rental/ownership history and additional income (i.e. Alimony, SS, Etc.) receipts

18 years and older, county resident for at least 1 year, US citizen, income between 30%-80% of Median County Income and asset guidelines apply, must be able to partner in construction
Fee
$100 down payment if accepted into the program, check or cash
