RESIDENTIAL SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES | ASSOCIATION FOR INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT

Provides community living services in a home like setting for individuals with developmental disabilities who need to develop independent living skills. Services are based on the individual needs of client. Services include support in daily living activities, community integration opportunities, socialization and communication skill development, transportation services that meet specialized needs of individuals served, nursing services including assessment, and monitoring of medications, behavior support services and individual and group counseling services.
