Outpatient mental health services to enhance an individual's social, psychological, emotional, and intellectual well being in order to support them in achieving their quality of life goals.

Services may include individual, family and couples therapy. Areas of focus are often anxiety; anger; depression; grief; school or work related issues; behavioral concerns; family concerns; grief; eating disorders and relationship issues. Therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavior Modification. Clinicians are also Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) trained and utilize DBT strategies as needed.

Special focus on developing services for those with more disabling mental illness with concurrent intellectual/developmental disability diagnoses.
