CHILD IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM | FORD COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT

Provides vaccines to children whose parents or guardians may not be able to afford them. Vaccines available through the VFC Program are those recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). These vaccines protect babies, young children, and adolescents from certain diseases.

Open to children younger than age 19 and either be Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, underinsured, American Indian or Alaska Native, or children whose health insurance covers the cost of vaccinations but are not eligible for VFC vaccines
