Provides assistance in navigating through the process of applying for Supplemental Security Income and/or Social Security Disability Insurance. Serves individuals with mental and/or physical impairments who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. Often serves people with mental health disorders and co-existing substance abuse issues as well, typically from 18-60 years old.
