Provides comprehensive services for victims of domestic violence and programs aimed at addressing domestic violence offenders. Services for victims include confidential shelters, outreach services such as counseling, court assistance, public education, and presentations. Support groups for victims and survivors, as well as child advocacy services, are available in Polk and Warren Counties. 

A 24/7 Crisis Line, staffed by trained domestic violence advocates, offers counseling, information, and education about domestic abuse issues to victims, their friends, and family members. 

Additionally, intervention programs for domestic violence offenders are available, focusing on helping offenders understand and take responsibility for their actions, recognize the damaging effects of their behavior, and develop skills such as problem-solving, conflict resolution, stress management, and communication. These programs may include group sessions addressing the cycle of abuse, power and control tactics, and stereotypical gender roles, as well as victim panels where survivors share their experiences to foster accountability and awareness.
