Families that meet WIC guidelines, only one household from each legal street address may register (though multiple households from the same address may register jointly), families must pick up Thanksgiving basket in order to pick up Christmas basket
Required documents
Social Security Card or TIN number and birth certificate for every member of the household, proof of address, income verification, photo ID for head of household, and proof of guardianship if applicable
