- Resident of Perry County - Covid-19 vaccinations: ages 12 and older VFC eligibility is for children age 18 years and younger who meet one of the following criteria: - Enrolled in Medicaid - No health insurance or insurance that pays for vaccinations - American Indian or Alaskan native
