Application process
Open to veterans who are referred to VCAT through an agency case manager, a VA HUD-VASH case manager, or a case manager from a collateral agency that has a Memorandum of Understanding with Veterans Path to Hope.

Provides to veterans who have moved back into housing after being homeless. A team of veterans deliver furniture, food, and household items to help the veteran family transition into housing security.
