Outpatient Clinical and Mental Health Services | Woodward Community Based Services

Offers a variety of clinical and mental health services in outpatient settings, including comprehensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment. Services are designed to address the neurological, biological, psychological, and social impacts individuals may face. 

Programs may include individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, life skills training, educational and vocational services, and support for family members. Additional supportive services such as child care, transportation, and parenting skills development may also be available. Clinicians are trained in diverse care models and therapies to help individuals maximize their strengths and maintain recovery plans, supporting their efforts to lead healthy, thriving lives.
