STREET OUTREACH PROGRAM | PROJECT OZ

Provides street-based aid to youth experiencing homelessness.

Includes:

- Survival aid, education, and connection to emergency shelter

- Shelter and habitations visits seeking out youth who are homeless and who need assistance with job attainment, re-entry to school, connection to GED or vocational programs, or obtaining housing

- Individual counseling at the youth's site or at the Project Oz office
