Mental health/substance use residential treatment services (American Indian/Alaska Native only).

- Outpatient mental health and substance use treatment.

- Chemical Dependency/Drug and Alcohol evaluations.

- Peer Support Program: Peer Support Mentors available to work one-on-one; monthly Outpatient Peer Support group meetings.

- Elders Program Tuesday-Thursday for those 60 and older.

Offers transitional housing for those who complete a residential substance use treatment program.

Project Upstream offers individualized, family and community outreach services to American Indian and Alaskan Native families in Omaha Metro Area to help overcome barriers to academic, economic and health resources.
