EARLY HEAD START | NORTHEAST IOWA COMMUNITY ACTION CORPORATION (NEICAC)

Early Head Start is a home visitation program that provides services to eligible pregnant women and children ages birth to 3 years old. The program conducts home visits in the family's home and provides opportunities for group socialization. Early Head Start Home Visitors will also provide guidance for children's transition to Head Start or other preschool programs once the child turns three years old.

A Family Services Specialist will contact the applicant to work through income verification and next steps upon submission of the application

Household income at or below the designated Federal Poverty Level, or household member receives FIP, SSI, or SNAP, or child is in foster care, or child is homeless
