In Brain and Body, those with Parkinson's or other neurological conditions engage in physical and mental exercises that improve balance, memory, and more.
Y Weight Loss is designed for individuals looking to lose weight through education, personalized goal setting, and small, sustainable changes.
The Mills County YMCA only offers Y Weight Loss and the YMCA Healthy Living Center only offers Brain and Body.
