Provides qualifying applicants (households) financial assistance in the form of vouchers for gasoline, clothing, work boots, and also makes monetary payments to third parties for the payment of rent bills to prevent evictions, utility bills to prevent shut-offs, and car repairs. Each household is limited in the amount of financial assistance it may receive in a calendar year.
