Offers the following education programs: ADULT BASIC EDUCATION (ABE): classes designed to help adults brush up on basic skills in small groups at own pace. HIGH SCHOOL EQUIVALENCY EDUCATION: classes prepare students for the High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) test and serves as refresher prior to entering college or job market.  ENGLISH LITERACY (EL): classes designed to help adults with limited English skills live to function in the United States.
