Free and voluntary home visitation services to prenatal mothers and new parents utilizing the Healthy Families America model.
Home visitors share child development education and parenting support to enhance the parent/child bond. Families are connected to community resources and medical homes if needed. Screening and referral for developmental delays, substance abuse, domestic violence, and mental health are also provided as part of the program.
Families are encouraged to enroll prenatally and can stay in services until the child reaches 3-5 years of age. Referrals to service can be made by any agency, health care provider, school or the client themselves.
