Eligibility
Open to those who meet the following criteria:
- Must be a residential heating customer of Nicor Gas
- Must be ineligible for state or federal assistance programs
- Must meet the maximum income guidelines
- Must make a good faith payment of $25.00 within the last 60 days
Required documents
Proof of income (check stub, social security or unemployment letter), proof of residence (photo ID such as driver's license or state ID), current Nicor Gas bill
