ENVIRONMENTAL AND AGRICULTURAL SERVICES | POLK COUNTY CONSERVATION
Authorized to acquire, develop and maintain public parks, preserves, parkways, playgrounds, recreational centers, county forests, wildlife and other conservation areas. PCC encourages the orderly development and conservation of natural resources, and to cultivate good citizenship by providing adequate programs of public recreation. Environmental education programs and outreach are offered as well.
