- NE Peer Center open to those age 19 or older; Animals welcome if they are leashed and under control by owner - IA Peer Center open to adults age 18 or older with mental health concerns, substance use, or housing instability; Animals welcome when leashed and held by owner; Staff may ask that animals leave; Children not allowed
