1. Must be in need of better housing 2. Must have the ability to make monthly mortgage payments of $450-$550* but be unable to receive a conventional loan 3. Must be willing to partner with NPAHFH to build their house & able to complete 400 hours of sweat equity 4. Must have lived and/or worked in the North Platte area for at least 1 year *Mortgage payment includes homeowners insurance and property taxes
