Helps low income residents and households conserve fuel and reduce energy costs by making their homes and apartments more energy efficient. Also provides many health and safety upgrades.

Services include:

- Air sealing.

- Attic and wall insulation.

- HVAC repair or replacement.

- Electric base load reduction (lighting and refrigerator replacement).

- Ventilation and moisture control measures (and other health/safety measures).

- Maximum $15,000 for energy-related weatherization and repair work (per client's home).

- Maximum $3,500 for health and safety-related measures.

Eligibility

Open to those in owner-occupied properties or renters whose landlord accepts the terms of the contract; Household income does not exceed federal guidelines, or household has an occupant who receives SSI, LIHEAP, or TANF grant
