Offers 24-hour intakes by phone at the local number and the state hotline. A caseworker will make a home visit to investigate any allegations of abuse and assist the victim. Interventions will be offered to the victim and referrals made to the appropriate organizations. Interventions can include but are not limited to in-home services, legal, medical, relocation, and counseling.

Investigates allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older adults age 60 and older and persons with disabilities (ages 18-59) who live in domestic (non-institutional) setting.
