Open to those coming from jail or prison
Required documents
Birth certificate (U.S. Hospital record if no birth certificate), driver's license or state-issued non-driver license identification card, if you have none of the prior information please bring employee identification card, school identification card, health insurance card, or U.S. Military Identification card, all cards must be current, show name and identifying information with a picture

Offers help to those getting out of prison to reenter into the community by helping them to find employment, clothing and food. Services may also provide banking basics classes and may take clients to get social security cards.
