Description

Offers dogs and cats up for adoption that have been examined by a veterinarian and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Provides ambulance services, canine; parvo/distemper shots, certified letter, copies of public records, euthanasia, felo-vac, miscellaneous animal adoption fee(exotic or unusual animals),pound fee, rabies vaccination, trap rental, fees vary. Responsible for enforcement of Cedar Rapids Animal Control ordinances. Also provides sheltering for City on Marion. Accepts Pet surrenders but must call first for availability. Offers humane live trap rentals for 2-week period.
