Provides classes for instruction/education in the Creighton FertilityCare System and Natural Family Planning, for family planning to avoid pregnancy or achieve pregnancy. Also helps with understanding hormonal/reproductive disorders in women.

Women are taught to chart their cycles, to assist in treatment of painful/heavy menses, PMS, irregular cycles, PCOS, infertility, family planning, and women's health.

Provides abstinence/chastity education.

Offers educational presentations to groups, as well as educational resources such as a lending library, pamphlets, books, and YouTube videos.

Offers assistance to women coping with premenstrual syndrome symptoms, infertile couples, and Sympto-Thermal users.
