ONLINE SUPPORT GROUPS | NAMI NORTHEAST IOWA

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Iowa can link people to virtual support groups around the state. These groups meet via Zoom and are free to join. The Connections groups are for those living with a mental illness and the Family Support groups are for those supporting a loved one with mental illness. Individuals must sign up for access to the support groups.
