TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM (TLP) | PROJECT OZ

Provides an 18-month program with stable and safe housing while youth learn skills and habits that can end chronic homelessness, reintegrate youth into the community, and help youth find and maintain long-term jobs at livable wages.

Application process

Call or visit to complete an application, all youth will be staffed to a caseworker for outreach services, and housing will be determined based on need and availability
