Open to families that are unable to obtain a conventional home loan, must be a resident of Lee County or Sterling/Rock Falls for at least one year, must be willing to partner with Dixon Habitat for Humanity, including working 200 hours of sweat equity, must have a steady gross income of $20,000 - $40,000 (depending on family size)
