Eligibility

U.S. citizens or permanent residents who meet income guidelines, must be willing to commit to 200 hours of sweat-equity, have six months of consistent income (employment, SSI, SSDI, child support), able to pay 30-year mortgage with zero percent interest, have no unpaid collections over $1,000, no bankruptcy, evictions, or foreclosures within the last three years, have not owned a home within the last three years (some exceptions apply), must have lived or worked in the Habitat for Humanity of Danville serving area for at least one year
