Veterans Employment and Training Services for the state of Iowa exists to assure that veterans succeed in the 21st Century Workforce. This is accomplished through three goals: maximizing veterans employment, earning, retention, and competitiveness; assuring that service members transition to quality civilian employment; and protecting the employment and reemployment rights of veterans.
